Executive Staff

Simon Schwartz is the Executive Director of the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (OASCA), a 501c6 healthcare association that represents ambulatory surgery centers statewide. OASCA provides advocacy, education, business and networking resources to healthcare providers around the state. We are the voice of ASCs in the State Capitol.

Schwartz is the COO of Strategic Resources Group Colorado, a Denver based boutique consulting firm attention in the healthcare sector of industry. With their focus in healthcare, SRG provides strategic navigation, event coordination, and fundraising services to clients across the country. Schwartz assists clients in maintaining an identity that promotes distinctive capabilities and strengths. He brings over twenty years of professional experience related to networking, event coordination, business development, fundraising, and strategic planning to relationships he develops throughout the country. He has been recognized and awarded in both his professional life and personal life for his efforts. 

In his free time, Schwartz focuses his efforts supporting the Jewish National Fund (JNF).  JNF is the oldest Israel focused organization starting in 1901 and focuses their attention on environment and community infrastructure within Israel. Schwartz has held local roles within his Board of Directors, led multiple leadership related trips to Israel, and has held national young professional leadership board positions the last few years. Most recently, Schwartz was awarded the Theodore Herzl Leadership Award by JNFuture, the young professional arm of JNF. In his personal time, he loves spending time with his daughter, Reese.
